Rental Agent/Property Manager

We’re currently on the lookout for a driven and passionate Property Manager to join our close-knit team. As our talented Rental Agent/Property Manager, you will be joining us in our modern and vibrant offices on Seven Mile Beach. You will be an essential part of our team, providing a full rental and property management service for a portfolio of properties. This will include rental showings, move in and move out inspections, tenant vetting, preparing leases and inventories, managing repair works, issuing tenant notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s where required.

To be our ideal candidate, you will have passion, energy and be customer focused. You will also possess exceptional time management and organisation skills, alongside a good understanding of relevant legislation.

You will need to be extremely well organised, confident when dealing with landlords & Tenants and be able to keep a cool head in all circumstances.

Job Description

Arranging showings of rental property with potential tenants

New Business Development - Residential, Commercial, Stratas and Vacation Rentals 

Advertising of rental property using all online platforms

Ensuring landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues are fully aware of actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress
Recording all accurate file notes on the property management system
Invoicing, management and processing
Obtaining competitive quotes on behalf of the landlord
Managing the process relating to insurance claims
Booking check ins/outs & inventories
Booking inspections and conducting property visits
Dealing with contract renewals and extensions
Deposit returns, negotiation between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages
Compliance with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legislation
Exceptional client service levels
