REM Services offers a full relocation service, to help ease the transition from country to country. We can start searching for properties, prior to the new resident’s arrival and send through the links for them to view and select properties they think would be the right one for them. Once we have a better idea on what the client wants in the way of budget, location and size we can search properties up until they arrive, rental in Cayman is very fast so places come as fast as they go.
We will pick up clients from any location and take them around the island looking at their choices of potential properties. We discuss and help with utilities, banking, preferred schools, everything and anything to help them settle into island living as quickly and comfortably as possible. In the Cayman Islands, we are lucky enough to be on friendly terms with other agencies in the business so we are able to access and show their inventory meaning we do all the leg work and you can relax and enjoy your new surroundings.
REM’s main focus is rentals, we do no property sales at all so we are able to focus solely on the rental market, giving our clients, 100% of our time and effort in finding them the right property.
